While some of us still have salt being spread on our roads, wouldn't we all rather have the kind that accompanies a margarita? I thought so. It's a good time for a margarita! This one is made with blue curaçao and it's as delicious as it is beautiful!
Ingredients:
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
Salt to rim the glass
Pour all ingredients except salt into a blender with a cup of crushed ice. Blend and pour into a glass rimmed with margarita sugar. I used lime sugar. Yum!
Do you buy your lime sugar? My wife is looking into trying to make some because we haven't been able to find any.
ReplyDeleteI buy it from a kitchen store up the street, but lately I've seen it at grocery stores with all the mixers. They have different flavors too!
