Today my first contribution to an online magazine went live and I'm pretty psyched about it. BonBon Break is a weekly online magazine for moms that features bloggers' work in seven categories, from front porch to backyard and everything in between.
My post is part of the Family Room section and it's a piece about that point in your life as a parent where you reflect on those times as a kid when you'd hang out in your room or the basement or your clubhouse to do your own thing away from your parents, only to eventually find yourself in the garage "studio" with your husband holding band practice.
And the kids have their noses pressed up against the french doors wanting to be a part of the action.
Click here to read it and all the other fantastic essays that are part of this week's issue.
The Hubby told me it figured that I'd want to be associated with anything that had to do with BonBons. He knows me well.
So grab a cup of coffee, kick off your shoes and meet me in the Family Room.

Congratulations and a good choice of posts as well.
ReplyDeleteThanks Meg!

ReplyDeleteThank you! I tell my kids not to live like a refugee in their bedrooms, but then I go and do it. ;)
